The Crafty Bookstore is committed to protecting you and your information. We do not and will not sell your information, send it to anyone else, nor use it to contact you in a way other than agreed upon. We utilize third-party banking services in accordance with Wix.com Ltd. offered vendors for the purpose of verifying and processing your payment.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it as necessary. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of changes in what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to get your items to you as safely and as quickly as possible. Our shipping is all fulfilled by us at The Crafty Bookstore because we make all of the crafts we sell. For all in-stock inventory, we will ship within 1-6 days of your order, except for Sundays. For all Custom Order items we will ship as soon as your order has been created, which will vary based on the order size and complexity, most custom orders will ship within 3-7 days of the order request.
At this time, our shipping is calculated by the weight of the product you purchase and use a mail scale in conjunction with USPS and UPS shipping rates. Our shipping pricing is subject to change in order to accommodate fluctuations in the shipping prices, to improve shipping to better service and ensure the arrival of your products. Speed of shipping is dictated by the shipping service used and is not impacted, expedited, nor hindered by us at The Crafty Bookstore. We will update this page immediately upon shipping modifications.
RETURN POLICY
Our hope is you are pleased with each item you purchase from The Crafty Bookstore, but we know sometimes mistakes are made. Within 30 days of receipt, if you were: shipped the wrong/mistaken product, the product was damaged in the shipping process beyond standard wear and tear possible during shipping, or the product has a defect; contact us via email and we will work with you for an exchange or replacement item at no additional cost to you.
If you order an item and are not pleased with the product you received, please contact us via email so we can determine the concern and the cause, and the best course of action to potentially fix the issue. Books ordered in a Blind Date with a Book, in our Bookish Advent Box, or Bookish Celebration Box are like a blind date with a book and risk is assumed by the ordering/receiving party they may not like the book or the products associated with it. We are not able to accept returns due to dissatisfaction with the plot/contents/cover design of a book. We do not accept returns on books after shipped if for a reason other than damage, defect, or wrongly shipped product.
