The Crafty Bookstore is able to special order books at your request, at the bottom of the Home page there is a "Looking for something specific?" box, please fill our this Book Request Form so we can add the books you want or love to our store. We check the Book Request Form once weekly and order stock accordingly, we will send an email when we add your requested items as available for order. Be sure to complete all the fields so we can contact you to let you know we are able to accommodate your request.

We have two forms of "Pre-Order" books in our store:

1- Pre-Release Orders, which are pre-orders in the traditional sense of books available for purchase but are not yet released or available. Any pre-ordered book waiting on a release date will not ship or be available until the printed shipment arrives to our store. Sometimes a book shipment arrives before release date, and other times we do not receive these books until after release date. The timing of arrival is not within our control, but we do everything we can to get them prior to release to send them as close to release date as possible.

2- Books already released, but are newly added to the store, are placed on pre-order until the initial shipment arrives for us to stock our shelves. These books will ship to you within 48 hours of arrival to our store.

Important note: All items ordered together will ship together, this means your order will ship based on the last available book in the order placed. Orders which include stocked items and pre-ordered books will all ship together at the same time, based on when the pre-ordered book is available. If you would like the stocked books sooner, you will need to make separate transactions from our store to get stocked items immediately and pre-orders when available/possible.

The Crafty Bookstore hand makes each of the items we sell, from the bookmarks, to the book sleeves, coasters, and more. If you see an item offered like the Classic Elastic Bookmark, but you would like it in a specific color or style just complete a Custom Order Form and we will work with you to make your dream a reality!

We take great pride in our craft, but we also value time and that includes your time. While each item is handmade, we do not delay in getting you your purchase as quickly as possible. All items will be shipped as quickly as possible including custom items, and are based on current stock levels, complexity, and customization. The Crafty Bookstore will faithfully communicate delays or problems with an item to its customers.

We hate to hear this, but understand sometimes things are not as they seem. Depending on the circumstances we have some, but limited actions, we will take in these moments. Our response will be in accordance with the item purchased and the cause for your dislike. Please reach out via email so we can determine the best course of action, when possible, and the cause.
