The Crafty Bookstore is able to special order books at your request, at the bottom of the Home page there is a "Looking for something specific?" box, please fill this out and we can get these books added to the shop so you can order! Be sure to complete all the fields so we can contact you to let you know we are able to accommodate your request.

Pre-Order books are handled two ways in our store: 1- Books not yet released, at the request of the author, can be placed on Pre-Order just like with other major retailers. The pre-ordered book(s) will not ship or be available until the printed shipment arrives to our store. These books will ship a couple of days prior to release date when possible so you can enjoy them as close to release date as you can! 2- Books already released, but newly added to the store, are placed on pre-order until the initial shipment arrives for us to stock our shelves. These books will ship to you within 24 hours of arrival to our store. Orders which include stocked items and pre-ordered books will all ship together at the same time, when the pre-ordered book is available. If you would like the stocked books sooner, you will need to make two separate transactions from our store to get stocked items immediately and pre-orders when available/possible.

The Crafty Bookstore hand makes each of the items we sell, from the bookmarks, to the book sleeves, coasters, and more. If you see an item offered like the Classic Elastic Bookmark, but you would like it in a specific color or style just complete a Custom Order Form and we will work with you to make your dream a reality!

We take great pride in our craft, but we also value time and that includes your time. While each item is handmade, we do not delay in getting you your purchase as quickly as possible. Items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase if it is an in-stock item, and all items that are custom made will be shipped within 3-5 days. This length of time is based on material availability but can be less. The Crafty Bookstore will faithfully communicate delays or problems with an item to it's customers.

We would hate to hear this, but understand sometimes things are not as they seem. In the event you are displeased with an item purchased from us, please reach out via email so we can determine the best course of action and the cause.
